  • We are by appointment only. Please call or email us to set-up a consultation.

  • Each product is custom to order. Please expect up to 4-6 weeks. If there are any delays outside our control, we will advise asap.

  • Each product has its specific warranty. Please click on product for its specific warranty details.

  • Remove dust with a dry feather duster or microfibre cloth. If necessary, wash with mild soap and water using a soft cloth. For difficult to remove dirt and stains, water-based household cleaners can be used. Chlorine-based cleaners or other cleaners containing organic solvents could affect the surface appearance and durability of the product.

  • Dust regularly with a dry feather duster or microfibre cloth.

    Gently vaccum to remove older dust

    Spot clean with vinegar or gentle, bleach-free stain remover

    Can be completely removed and placed on a flat surface. Spot clean with sponge and soapy water. Let air dry naturally.

  • You can but with care, you do not want to get too close as the heat can damage the material.

  • The price we quote you, is the price you pay. Installation is included in all our prices.

  • Show you samples of the products and choice of materials we offer.

    Explain the options for your windows or doors and features available with each option.

    Record precise measurements of your windows and/or doors to ensure a precise fit.

    Provide a written quote, make you aware of any current promotions, and review our Lifetime Warranty and Terms & Conditions information.

    Answer any questions you may have.

    Accept a 50% deposit via credit card, debit or e-transfer and schedule an installation date in approximately four to six weeks.

  • We accept Interac, Mastercard, Visa and e-transfers.
